Our team of experienced application and  manufacturing engineers, offers over 40 years of combined expertise in engineering, design, inspection, and testing processes.

Our production engineers regularly inspect and measure incoming parts to ensure they meet our quality standards. By promptly identifying and addressing potential defects or issues, we guarantee that our turbochargers are of the highest quality.

Our engineers knowledge and skills ensure that our turbochargers meet or exceed customer expectations in terms of performance and reliability.

REVERSE ENGINEERING & DESIGN

POWER OF EXPERIENCE

At AMT Turbochargers, we reverse-engineer, design, and manufacture our turbo parts and turbochargers to meet original equipment (OE) specifications. Our facility in Jiangsu Province, China is equipped with the latest reverse engineering equipment and design software packages.

Our vertically integrated communication system facilitates direct feedback from the field, enabling us to share information with our design and manufacturing engineers. This system allows us to identify design flaws in original products and provide solutions that enhance the durability and performance of our turbochargers, parts, and components.

since 2005, AMT Turbochargers has collaborated and nurtured its relationships between our engineers and our suppliers engineers.

To ensure our products’ quality, our unique SuperTrace quality control  platform also extends to the management of alloys including Molybdenum, SiMo+  for turbine housings and Inconel 713 for turbine wheels.

The unique SuperTrace quality control  platform, utilised in collaboration with our suppliers  ensures AMT Turbochargers  a constant supply of precision manufactured components.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

AMT Turbochargers places quality at the forefront of our business, starting with our careful selection of input materials. To ensure the highest quality components are used in our products, our input material analysts maintain strict zero tolerance standards.

We maintain these standards through  our unique SuperTrace quality assurance platform.

We conduct thorough tolerance and material conformity testing on all input materials before approving them for use. Our critical tolerance management and compatibility testing guarantee that our turbo parts are 100% interchangeable with original parts.

ASSEMBLY & TESTING

POWER OF PERCEPTION

AMT Turbochargers produces over 50,000 CHRA and 12,000 turbochargers annually at our manufacturing facility in Jiangsu Province, China.

Our assembly line, managed with our unique SuperTrace  quality assurance platform, enables cross checking of input materials in the assembly process against our QC acceptance. We also incentivize our assemblers through a quality assurance reward system.

We offer a comprehensive selection of CHRA for more than 12,000 turbocharger references, with over 1,000 part numbers available.
