Warranty Policy
- Warranty Period All AMT Turbochargers and turbo spare parts carry a 5 year warranty from the date of supply, provided that the turbo or spare parts have been fitted and serviced in accordance with the vehicle manufacturers’ guidelines for installing the parts.
- Claim Result If the claim is accepted, there will be two options for the customer:
- The technical support department will repair and return the item back to the customer.
- AMT Turbochargers will provide a credit note up to the amount of the turbocharger or parts purchased. This will be deducted from the next invoice to the customer from AMT Turbochargers.
- If The Claim Is Rejected The technical support department will send an inspection report to the customer detailing the failure reason, including the cost of repairing. The customer will then have two options:
- The turbocharger or parts will be repaired and returned to the customer.
- The turbocharger or parts will be returned without repair.
- Claim Costs
- Transportation: If the claim is accepted, the transportation cost will be covered by AMT Turbochargers. In other cases, the transportation cost will be paid by the customer.
- Repair Cost: If the claim is accepted, the repair cost will be covered by AMT Turbochargers. In other cases, the repair cost will be paid by the customer.
- Warranty Limitations
- AMT Turbochargers will not be liable for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage, including any loss of data, equipment or property.
- AMT Turbochargers will not be liable for incurring liability for loss or damage of any nature whatsoever suffered by third parties, including incidental and punitive damages.
- AMT Turbochargers will not be liable for any economic loss or damage, including any loss of actual or anticipated profit, interest, revenue, anticipated savings, or business or damage to goodwill, even if the company is advised in advance of the possibility of any such losses.
